Performance and Flexibility
Cannon
Electronics, Inc. has a number of "Stand-Alone" Automated Attendant - Voice
Mail systems available. A "Stand-Alone" Automated
Attendant - Voice Mail system is a system that is not "Integrated"
(directly installed) into the telephone system. It is a self- contained piece
of equipment that connects to the telephone system
just as if it were an operator telephone and performs all the functions that
a live operator would perform. Calls Answered and Directed to Where They Need to GoWith Automated Attendant, incoming calls are automatically answered with greetings recorded by you. These recordings can include single digit access to departments within your company. Callers may be transferred to their specific party or to directory information if they are not certain whom they are trying to reach. When properly implemented, the Automated Attendant system will allow callers to be processed faster than by a live operator, saving the caller and your company time and money. Voice Mail for ProductivityVoice Mail allows a caller to leave a detailed message in their own voice. When a message has been left by a caller, Message Notification can be immediate or delayed. Message Notification can be in the form of a Message Light on your telephone, a Voice Announcement, or a Call to Your Pager, a Cell Phone or to an Outside Line, allowing you to respond immediately. All messages are Date and Time Stamped and you may save or delete messages at any time. Capacity That Grows With Your Business
A Stand-Alone
Automated Attendant - Voice Mail System can be configured as small as 2

time. For larger systems, Cannon Electronics, Inc. recommends the Amanda®
