The
Amanda® Advanced IVR (Interactive
Voice Response) System offered by Cannon Electronics, Inc. is much more than
an Automated Attendant - Voice Mail system. Although it offers some of the
most advanced Automated Attendant - Voice Mail features available, it's
computer (PC) based Windows® operating system and built-in programming
language make it capable of performing tasks far beyond the scope of
ordinary Automated Attendant - Voice Mail systems.
The
Windows 2000®
operating system allows the Advanced IVR System to run as a service on the computer. Windows multitasking capability
allows additional programs to run simultaneously. The Advanced IVR System's
built-in programming language provides a means to interact with these other
programs.
A
Custom Program allows an unlimited number of automatic greeting changes to be
scheduled
for hourly, daily or weekly events or holidays. A Custom Program provides the
ability to create custom reports detailing when Users received messages,
when Users were notified and when messages were picked up. A Custom Program
enables tracking of how many calls were received in a given time period to
determine the busiest call times. A Custom Program permits an hourly,
daily or weekly schedule by which individuals are notified of messages left
in an emergency Mail Box. A Custom Program can be written for just about any
function the
Amanda Advanced IVR System performs.

Answering Ports to as large as 72 Answering Ports with Unlimited Mail Boxes and 1000 hours of Message Storage time.
